FlexAbility is a new, thirty-minute class created by Max, to be short and sharp in the mornings! It was designed to do three things:
1. Improve your flexibility and mobility to allow you to move freely and easily whilst reducing the risk of muscular injuries.
2. Improve your core strength and stability to help protect your back and to work towards getting a flatter, more toned stomach.
3. Start your morning well and leave you feeling energised for the rest of the day ahead of you.
This class is suitable for all ability levels but is particularly recommended for those of you who have tight muscles/low ranges of movement or for those who have sore lower backs!
The class consists of a warm up, core and ab exercises and finishing off with an in-depth stretching session.
