HIIT (high intensity interval training) is aimed to bring up your metabolic rate and your energy levels! 

Every class will be a different  mix of bodyweight, free weights, cardio equipment and resistance machines.

QUICK HIIT workout is a small group PT class centered on high intensity interval and circuit training. It is designed to burn calories both during the class and throughout the day!

This class involves a lot of cardio and body weight exercises including functional training elements. This class is suitable to all abilities as it is about the individual effort that is put in.
