Restorative Yoga


A gentle and relaxing practice that helps to increase awareness of mind and body, restorative yoga uses a short sequence of gentle asanas held for longer periods of time anywhere between 5 and 20 minutes allowing you to embody the pose and tune into the connection between your body and breath. 

Restorative yoga uses a mixture of bolsters, cushions, blocks and straps to make postures as comfortable as possible and suitable for each individual. 

Guided meditation and breath will be used to help you relax into each position and feel the benefits. 

This class is suitable for all levels.
