Body Tone and Zumba

A fun dance and exercise class for all. You don't have to be a dancer. Just enjoy moving to Latino music. Start with warm up routines in Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Cumbia followed by cool down and stretch. 

Class evolves through the following sequence:

  • We start with warm up and continue with simple Zumba aerobic routines, squats, lunges with hand weights.
  • Press-ups, plank, abs, stretch out, cool down and relax. Working all muscle groups in a fun and friendly class.
