Max Burn! is a small group PT class centered around HIIT training that is designed to burn calories both during the class and throughout the day! Class revolves around cardio and body weight exercises including functional training elements. Class is suitable to all abilities as it is about the individual effort that is put in. We would love to see more parents coming in as we know that it can be difficult to find the time when you have children so you can take this opportunity whilst they are at school and achieve your fitness goals in as little as 45 minutes intensive and fun workout.
