Quick HIIT for Mums
Quick HIIT for Mums is a 30 minute gym class of high-intensity interval training. Kick start your life and metabolism and have fun in the gym while your children are at school. The class works on your, stamina, stability and to increase the ease with which you perform both simple and complex movements in the gym and at home. It is a small group class with a friendly atmosphere that focuses on self improvement with individual effort as opposed to competition and performing at a certain level.
