About Andrew Willson

I am movement specialist with a certain attitude to exercise and I am equally passionate about health and wellness and focus on building solid foundations for each and every client enabling them to achieve in their chosen activity, transform their bodies or simply cope with daily living. I used to be overweight and have suffered from back pain (herniated disc) for many years so thought I should address the problem more directly after years of physiotherapy. As a result, this led me on a journey to a happier, healthier and pain free lifestyle. Learning how to mobilise, stabilise and strengthen my body inspired me to become a Personal Trainer. I continually develop my knowledge to help individuals develop healthier lifestyles, helping them move better by challenging the exercise norms to develop full body awareness. I believe wellness is about how you feel holistically which could be as simple as being able to move more freely. As a result this balance could lead to having more energy in the morning or feeling a little more confident. Health and wellness is as individual as we all are; there are no quick fixes and no one-size-fits-all.
