About Lewis Fisher

I started my fitness journey through swimming, competitively around the ages of 8 to 15 reaching National Level. Towards the end of my swimming journey, I focused a lot more on sprints in Front Crawl (50 meters 25 seconds Long Course PB) and also discovered that the top sprinters also used gym training to help improve their power and speed, therefore I started using the gym to help my sprints but quickly changed from the pool to weights after I caught the Iron Bug. After a few years of just using the gym I begun to miss competing which brought me onto Powerlifting where you get to compete by lifting as heavy as you can! Currently training for my first National Powerlifting competition in July and hoping to beat my gym PBs. In the future I plan to keep getting stronger and throw in some more Strongman competitions which I love training for and the reasons why I do all of this is because I feel incredible after picking something heavy up!
